Yes, it is available. Phone reservations are accepted from Monday to Friday, and our operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
You may change or cancel your reservation up to 3 days before check-in. Cancellations or changes made within 3 days of the check-in date may incur a fee.
We will send the confirmation to you by email, and if you book through our website, you can check it immediately. If you made your reservation through an OTA, the confirmation will be sent via that platform. For further details, please contact the OTA you booked with to receive an additional copy of your reservation confirmation.
Group reservations require consultation by phone or email. Please check your stay dates and the number of guests, then contact our reservation office at rsvn@slhotel.kr .
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, please contact the front desk.
Yes, an ID is required. We accept a resident registration card, driver’s license, or passport. For international guests visiting Korea, a passport is mandatory.
